Things that happened on 7 - 8 Aug

Yesterday duty was a torture. Imagine I didnt speak for more than 20 sentences. That's not a record but its SUPER boring la. Then there werent any nice tv programmes and the papers were not as interesting.

LUCKILY.. CH 5 was showing a movie that I have not watched before, Charlie and the Chocolate factory, if not I will be devsated for the whole of yesterday.

There was a scene in the movie that I realized I did it recently. Its similar to Charlie. Charlie won the golden tix to enter the wandon's chocolate factory. He at first was tempted by selling his ticket for money. In the end, he didnt because he was advised by his grandparents. They told him a golden opportunity should not be wasted on a common factor like money. Money is so common to anybody.

That's very similar to one of my cases. Remember I had won something? Yes. My ticket to Jay Chou's concert. At first I was tempted by the amount of money it would bring to me. A $1000 at least if I placed it on ebay. In the end, I didnt really sell it because I too realized that money is so common. I can earned it back anytime. Having a chance to see Jay up close and going with someone I wished to go with was also a rare chance. SO, I didnt sell it just like what Charlie did.

In the end, Charlie had a wonderful time and learnt alot of things. I too had a wonderful time with my friend that day. haha.

OK.. Enough of yesterday. Lets talk about today.

Today is the 8th of August. Its double 8!!!

And I planned an outing to go out with my friends. At first we wanted to catch the Last Airbender but one of them insisted on watching inception, we had to change the plan altogether.

In the end, it was inception that blew me off. I was satisfied by how the movie was directed and written. VERY NICE plot. Imagine you are in a dream and u are actually dreaming and yet dreaming and more and more layers. lol. I had an experience recently too. I hope this dont sound alittle too coincident since I have listed to similar encounters.

I too had a dream. I dreamt myself dreaming. lol. I guess u will be saying I lied. Unfortunately, its true. It happened in July. I was dreamt myself dreaming of being in a relationship with a girl. When I woke up from my 2nd part of the dream, I was still in a relationship with the girl. When I finally woke up to reality, I realized I wasnt in any relationship with any girl. Wow! That was the first thing I said when I woke up.

INCEPTION right? lol.

Anyway, its really worth the penny. Go spend it!
