Yesterday, there was a Singapore Toy and Comic Convention.
It happens at Suntec hall 603 from 11am to 9pm.
There was many toys being exhibited. The most famous one was Star Wars. You can see people dressed up like the characters walking around. Its a waste the place is too squeezy, if not I will get a shot of it.
Anyway, I did tried to take a few pictures of the toys from the exhibition as follows:

There are also Will and Nintendo DS exhibition. There are also pretty girls exhibiting them. If I go with my Poly friends, I think we will be stuck there for a long time. LOL.
Oh ya. There is also Cosplay and also Anime Figuring etc. There are too many things to say. But today, there will be a Batman Animated series screening LIVE exclusively. If you want to squeeze your way and get touched by the crowd, join the fun.
Since yesterday, Hebe was at Suntec, I went to the area that she was around and I happen to saw someone giving this out:
Because I have just completed God Of War: Chain Of Olympus. Its the PSP version, the pre-sequel of God Of War.
You might wonder how in the hell I complete it without a PSP. Dont think that I would buy a PSP for 2 games. I borrowed it from my friend. haha
I can say this version is more challenging than the rest. Because I start the game with a Hard mode. The last boss was really strong, the damage she dealt is as if I doesnt stand a chance to win.
Due to frustration, I used my friend's saved file (Easy mode file) and defeated the boss!
And I see the ending!
I must say the producer really made full use of the game by linking it to GOW 1 and 2.
The ending we understand why Atlas the Titan is held down in Hades(GOW 2) and also why Kratos was trying to kill himself at the start of GOW1.
Last year, Boston using their drafts right trading Seattle's Ray Allen to the team. Then later on, grabbing Kevin Garnett, which leads to a championship this year.
This year's draft will defintely be very interesting because there are many trade calls. Those trades were meant to make their team stronger just like what happen last year.
Anyway, we witness a number of trades as follows:
1. Memphis acquires Marko Jaric, Antoine Walker, Greg Buckner and the draft rights to O.J. Mayo from Minnesota in exchange for Mike Miller, Brian Cardinal, Jason Collins and the draft rights to Kevin Love.
2. Milwaukee acquires Richard Jefferson from New Jersey in exchange for Bobby Simmons and Yi Jianlian.
3. Indiana acquires T.J Ford, Rasho Nesterovic and Draft 17 from Toronto in exchange for Jermaine O'Neal.
4. The Indiana Pacers traded first-round draft pick Jerryd Bayless and also Ike Diogu to the Portland Trail Blazers for No. 13 pick Brandon Rush, Jarrett Jack and Josh McRoberts.
Actually, there are many trades I just list a few that is involve current NBA players.

Anyway, Derrick Rose from Memphis school has been picked as the 1st choice by the Chicago Bulls. While Michael Beasley was picked second by Miami Heat. And OJ Mayo was 3rd pick by Minnesota Timberwolves. If you have read earlier, OJ Mayo together with other players were being traded to Memphis Grizzles for Kevin Love and other players.
Michael Beasley! He should be turning point for Miami.
Its been awhile I last touched the game (Part 1) because of some error that kinda screwed the game. I deleted the saved file and started a new one 3 days ago.
After 3 days, in fact I only used 8 hours, I completed the game on an easy mode! Just want to see the ending, so no point going for the tougher modes.
And there are really alot of behind the scenes thing and also making of GOW. Its FUN!

you might want to play the pre-sequel of god of war. Its the Chain of Olympus. Sigh. Cant play T.T
Anyway, I'm anticipating for Series 3 coming out exclusively PS3!
Its going to be released on the 1st of December this year. There will also be a Final Fantasy Verus 13 series, releasing on the 13th of December.

Its been almost a year since I last heard its news, because of racist issue in the game. Unfortunately, I think there isnt any difference, the game will still have the issue and it should be a great hit in 2009.

I have finally completed the game and witness the longest ending in my life. 1 hour +. Think of that, its like watching a movie man..
This is really a very sad game as you play through. Although its sad, the ending is kind of surprising. Sigh.. Its also a tatical game which means if you dont think hard, you might end up game over many times.
I dont want to give spoilers, but there is something that I want to spoil. Remember there was a post in April about snake wearing assassin creed suit?
Do you believe last night I had a dream seeing the Boston holding onto the championship. Man, I was disgusted throughout the morning.
Despite that dream, I started to believe in something. I believe the Lakers can make history.
They have improved the series to 2 - 3. Meaning though they still have to win 2 games, they survived a knock out punch!
Though the next 2 games will be in Boston, I still believe the Lakers can do it. The reason?

The reason is because of that dunk . The MVP have done it! He has fulfilled his promise of extending the series even longer! Man, when was the last time I saw a player slam dunk til that. It was like 7-8 years ago? Baron Davis still in Charlotte Hornets, dunk the way to victory.
Kobe is the HERO of the night, but dont forget about someone. Someone that seems to be gone in this whole series, Pau Gasol . His presence seems disappeared after the lakers played the 1st playoff game in april. That was not the case here. He muscled through Kevin Garnett, grabbing 13 rebounds, making 6 cool passes and making 19 points! This is the game that we should see from him every time on court. Let's hope 6 & 7 he can do the same thing to help the lakers win champion!
To tell you frankly, this is the only thing that makes me happy today. But the happiness stayed long..

CQC in Metal Gear Solid stands for Close Quarter Combat. It means your character will have to sneak to the back of your enemy and do whatever thing that is at your goodwill.
I have tried to do many moves in the game, BUT... I can only sneak and knock the enemy down. lol.. I admit I'm bad in it.

Incredible Hulk is incredibly nice. Maybe not as good as spiderman (because I like the swinging idea), but I think its better than the Iron Man (because I dont like human robots).
Its my opinion, dont bang me for that.
Anyway, today I went to watch this Hulkamania show. Unfortunately, I have not heard of many news and see any trailers only in the past few weeks when the show is about to come out.
I just felt that its kinda sudden.
But this time, I think the way they produced is pretty much better than the first one.
Anyway, there should be part two. And Starks is joining force. Who is Starks? Watch the movie and you should know it.
A 21 point lead in the 1st quarter. They increased the lead to 24 early in the 2nd quarter. By the end of 1st half, they are leading by 18.
I was watching the match at my friend's home. I told him, man the lakers gonna have a game 6 with the celtics. We even see Will Smith in the arena during a courtside interview.
ALL OF A SUDDEN.
LA's lead chipped to just 2 point at the end of 3rd quarter. But they somehow held on the lead until 4 minutes and 7 seconds. Eddie House of Boston's player, hit a jumper. From then, I knew Lakers are a goner in this game.
In the end, 3 - 1. Boston leads.
From the story and History, NO TEAM, and I mean, NO TEAM, have ever came back from a 3 - 1 deficit to win the championships.
Will the lakers do it?
Probably no.
I have seen them play today. 1st half pretty good. 2nd half kinda no defence and no offence. If they cant play game 5 like what they did in game 4's 1st half. DOOM!
A new champion will be crowned next week, not in game 7, but in game 5.
Btw, regarding the 3 - 1 lead, I have seen a team came back before. Its the Phoenix Suns 3 years ago. The team against? The LA. Lakers.
Unfortunately, I dont see Lakers play like Phoenix 3 years ago neither do I see the Boston play like the Lakers 3 years ago.
So the story of the day would be, WHY? What happened? Is it true that LA. is still young?
I'm also not sure, they were playing like champion team in the other playoff series.
Maybe there are hope or maybe not. Anyway, I really hope God will help them once, pull the game to game 7 and let the 2 teams decide who should be the winner..
But I think Game 5 should be the end of my comments for this year's playoff.
I have played the 1st few mintues of the game before saving it. I can say its like watching a movie while playing a game. I think its FAR FAR better than GTA. To me, GTA is nothing but mission to kill people. Ya, that's all. You just keep on killing and killing and the story just link back to killing. Its simply repeating its gameplay, but most people have already say GTA might be the game of the year. Unfortunately, as for my taste, a game should have story and boss killing or something that gets you excited!
METAL GEAR have done it.
The most unforunate thing will be I have forgotten what happened in series 3 except the ending. I also didnt have the chance to play series 1 and 2, so it will be kinda tough to link myself into the game.
Anyway, I think MSG4 WILL be the game of the year. Congrats Konami for inventing such a prize winner game!

And obviously, the other big hero will be Kobe Bryant! He scored 36 points, despite his team's bad field goal percent play. He didnt want to be hold down. He stepped up when his team mates are in foul trouble and werent able to shoot. That's a MVP that should be crowned the NBA champion. Just hope they can win another 3!
I have said it. If the lakers cant win today, they might not win this series.
So when I'm using my office's computer to view the result, I saw a LOST.

In this game, we can see they are grabbing rebound, they are making sure where they are passing the ball correctly. They even guard Garnett well in the 1st half. Unfortunately, they are not sure of how to defend this team AGAIN! OPEN 3 POINTERS.. OPEN JUMPERS.. FOR ALL 3 Quarters! AND they went into foul trouble, giving the celtics 38 free throws where 27 were made. *sigh*
I'm not sure already when they are down by 22 with 7 minutes left. BUT! They stormed their way back within 2 point deficit with 38 seconds LEFT!
UNFORTUNATELY, UNFORTUNATELY, the lakers came up short after Kobe bring the lead to 2 points only.
We will see if Game 3 in LA. Its possible for LA to make their return. Maybe they could win if they play those defense that cut the deficit to 2 again.
I have seen teams like the Miami Heat winning the trophy after losing the 1st 2 games. Maybe it will repeat this year. Man, Lakers better win the next 4 games.
Btw, David Cook will be singing the National Theme in LA's staple center!
After watching the cutdown, I suddenly wonder if Lakers have what it takes to be champion.
I mean they didnt rebound, they didnt get back on defense quickly.. Give too much open shot, especially 3 points! OH MY! The worst was Kobe cant make easy shots!

Its been 21 years since the last Lakers VS Celtics match held in NBA finals.
The last one was held in 1987.. Lakers won if I didnt remember wrongly from what I have read.
More than 30 years of rivalry will be starting tomorrow morning 9am (Singapore time).
Lakers have to win tomorrow's game because it seems like whenever Boston win Game 1, they can win the series... It happened throughout the series.. So expect intense match tomorrow!!
But overall, almost everywhere I go to they say Lakers will win the series in 6 games.
I dont know about it... I know Lakers can win it in 6.. But there are always surprises in NBA. So lets wait for 2 weeks and all the results will be released!
It happened in 2 games. I lost both against San Antonio and Milwaukee.
The lost to San Antonio was due to a buzzer beater.
The lost to Milwaukee was due to mistake made in the final minutes though I came back from 10 point deficit twice.
