To speak the truth, at first I was not very willing to attend because I wanted to waste off the memories of NS. After today, I kinda miss the chit chatting days. Listening to a wonderful leader talking in front of us. These days are seriously lacking in the years to come. Do u think that u will have the chance to talk with ur bosses during office hours as if they were your friends? I doubt so. Only during service time when u meet with real nice bosses, then u can get this opportunities, you won't want to "geng" something, all u wan is to do your best so that your boss won't need to spend another hour trying to settle the same problem that he assign u.
The reason why my mind set changed to go was because of that. My boss is an awesome man. Seriously. Everyone came to my unit u can be considered luck. U come to my section, u are blessed. He is the best warrant officer I have ever seen and I respect him. I went down to make sure his effort was not put to waste. His idea was to use a day to gather all the batches that have orded, so i believe the least we could do was to support his idea.
When I was there, I was greeted with his warmest smile and he still remembers me. That was one thing that I was touched. In the section, I was kind of low profile throughout but he remembers me. This is something that should add to his testimony, care for soldiers! He even remember where I was studying and what I'm studying. Respect max!
I must also say sorry cos, I'm man of few words, it's always him who is asking questions, I'm not able to continue the conversation well. It's a pity. I wished I knew what can be said and make every min counts!
Anyway, it's a good refreshing time for me today.. Hope there will be another in the future. I hope when the next time I go see him, I will bring him a honours. Thanking him for all the things he had done to help me made ord and studying possible. My success is not just my own, it's shared among those who have helped me, brought me this far. These things for u people! I will remember all of u...

Sound familiar? This show was released a few years back. If i'm not wrong, it was released either on 2003 or 2004. I remember it because i was so crazy over it and i actually when to buy the ost. LOL! But seriously, cant u love this show? The part where Zhen Ting(by 郑雪儿） and Yi Jie (by Christopher Lee) are on, I will always pay close attention to their expression. Dont laugh. I know its dumb but its seriously unique. I have watched so many made in Singapore drama, i guess this is one of the best I have ever seen. Oh ya, they have parts that will make you so damn frustrated because the male lead didnt do that, or the female should accept that. Ok.. I'm over sentimental... But, if you have watched before, you should understand how i felt.

There was also this show now showing on ch 8 every weekday 530pm - 630pm. Its another friendly ghost drama, just like 非一般妈妈. This show was shown during my ns days which is 2010, last year. Unfortunately, i was always busy with my stuff and have duties and in addition, this show starts at 9pm, very hard for me to accommodate a time for it. Luckily, they decided to repeat it again so that i have a chance to catch it. =)
This 2 dramas are really good, cos, i have not been watching any mediacorp drama for awhile and i think its because it didnt interest at all. Recently there was this cop drama, I'm not sure about it, my friend say the first episode was so lame that he felt that the previous drama was better than it. Then thereafter i have no news about it already... So what do you think?
Drama are really time consuming films! If only they could be like movies.. LOL...
It took me awhile to come up with this post because i was kinda lazy to prcoess this post. I have been busy recently with NBA, timetable and some readings.
And as the Finals draw to a close, and my team LA was not even in the finals, i became even more free. I started to wonder should i really find a job or should i just relax my way through. Next sems will be another hectic sem. If i were to find a job, the pay will be at most a thousand. Minus off the cpf, i can take home around $800. I dont see the purpose. Poorly paid and u get scolded and pushed around. HELL NO! But i'm still trying to find a good 1 that will last a month or lesser or maybe not. lol
Ok. Actually the main topic starts now. I was thinking. After looking through this sem's result, i wonder if dean list was possible?.. lol. seriously, this sem was WOWed. Even my parents WOWed. Lol.. That means something.. If only i can get nominated for Dean's list. No need to get the award, just a plain nomination, i think i will be damn satisfied. BUT
Dean's list requires results of 2 sem i guess. lol.. There u got ur answer.... But nomination,... hmmmm..........
I went on a single, solo, lonely, emo trip to CBD area..

That's not true. It was a fun and wonderful trip alone.
I didnt expect to find so many different quiet places on a weekend for CBD area. Seriously.. It was always so noisy so busy so omg... RUSHY!
On a weekend, everyone was going to Orchard, going to city hall, going to malls, going to places with lots of crowds. I was wondering arent u sick and tired of such places? Its everywhere. You wake up and take the bus to school, work or whatever, you will definitely meet with crowds. Man, i'm damn sick of such life. SO i took a detour. I went to quiet places, did something crazy.
I queued up for 马蹄酥 that was promoted on tv on thursday. It was at 86 telok Ayer street. When i was there, i was damn surprised! MAN... LONG QUEUE!!!!! Its the first time, I actually queued for famous food.
The shop been opened since 1950s, I wasnt sure if the shop had been there since then but i know the snack is seriously delicious! Its totally different from those that we bought at market. So if want to try, can go down to the address i named earlier.
After that, i had lunch (at around 330pm) at a rather quiet mall and also a rather quiet fast food restaurant. There werent those loud noise, people talking. Its just only peaceful nice music and delicious food! And I was able to enjoy it through out the whole process. I will definitely reappear in those areas when i need to be in a slower environment.
Lastly, my day ended with a "short" jog to a reservoir near my house. I challenged myself, always challenged myself, if someone, someone were to overtake you when ur running is being timed, challenged yourself and make sure towards the end of the race, make sure u overtake him/her back.
That was what happen today. There was someone overtaking me early and i tried to stay on the differences between and when towards the end, i whisper to myself, "GIVE ME BACK MY LEAD!". I sprint pass him and continue on for another 100 to 200m to show him WHAT IT MEANS TO TAKE THE LEAD! lol.. its a bit over..
Oh ya, i saw beautiful scenery today, so may 1 day i will go capture the image..

Yeah~ I was seriously going crazy for him once during his LA run. But after he start going into other teams.. Fav for him drop alittle.
He is really a very funny man! Ahahaha... Jokes with the media, have fun with the players around. And he keeps joking about his poor free throw attempt. Seriously if he was able to make most of the shots, he will really be at the top 2 scoring list and he can win even more championships. More than Michael i think.
