Because I have not bought any new games for the past 3 months!!! The most recent game that I bought was God of war 3, which is on the 16th of March. Imagine the duration spent playing old games over and over again...
WOW!!!!
Its discipline man.. I know that there are many great games out, take for example, red dead redemption, prince of persia and most importantly super street fighter 4.
If i'm going to buy them, I guess I will be waiting for second hands.. haha.. Really going on budget and setting a certain discipline for spending. =)
If you know where I stay, you can guess that I left early.... Its total madness to go home from Jurong. It will take more than an hour to reach home.
Imagine I stayed on, I think I will be home after 12am... How am I suppose to go back to work!!! lol
The whole event to my opinion was kind of like Ge Tai.. The environment was totally like a Ge Tai. I dont know what to say. I was stunned by the environment. I was also surprised that 90% of the population was male. 80% was from my unit. Basically, today is another army cohesion.
The best part of the day, I was being "told off" for wearing too casual. I dont know what to say, the event is being held at CC and what more do you expect?... The even better part, the person who told me off gave $20 as a token of appreciation. $20 and he stayed and ate eveything.. $20... I have no idea why would someone even dare to say he would give $20...
I have completed one of my objectives that I planned to complete before school commence.
The objective was to go for a singing session.
I'm so pleased with myself for completing the task so quickly. haha!!!
I have a few more objectives that I wish to complete but I doubt I can complete it within such short time. I wish to go to South Africa's safari to experience their wildlife. I wish to travel to LA and just to watch Kobe Bryant play an exhibition game before he retires. I wish to have a Live piano performance in front of alot of people. I wish to ....
There are alot more, unfortunately, I just cant remember them at the moment. Therefore, its important to write down your goals for the future. haha..
One important goal that I hope to achieve in the future is to have a capital that allows me to stay out of job for up to 5 years and still able to support my family(including wife and 2 beautiful daughters). Why daughters?.. haha. One lame reason, I dont want my children to go service, having daughters will definitely get them out of the cycle. :D
BUT..
I guess I'm still very far away from the marriage thingy.. I wish to get married at the age of 26. Its just a few years from now and I have no girlfriend. LOL! How? I can only dream.... haha
I rushed home yesterday just to beat the time to make it for my friend's outing at Orchard.
We had a lot of fun yesterday. We hanged out at Cineleisure for the night. We kicked off the day by having a pool session. At first we thought we could have the chance to hook some of the girls there but to our surprise, the girls there did not have any standards, so we concentrate on our game. We stayed there for about 2 hours making sure everyone had played their turn before leaving.
In the end, I lost by 2 balls because of bad shots decision. haha.
After that, we went up to level 8 to start our Singing sessions. It was my first ever singing session and I was very nervous about it. At first, I wasnt that nervous when my friends started to sing, but when it was my turn to sing, I was not able to sing properly. I even request to play the song with the singer's voice in it. LOL! I sang up to 3 songs and most of it I barely sang it with confidence. I guess its time to build up more stage confident!
As we got "HIGH", my friend just sang TOXIC, dedicated for another person who was considered to be toxic. LOL!
The whole programme was well done for the first time and I realize i was able to enjoy every moment....
Remember the little kid that acted in Pursuit for Happyness? I think in year 2005 or 2006? I cant remember. He has grown up and he is acting in this movie, Karate Kid!
I find it to be a cool movie.. Because you will learn lessons through the movie. I learnt that FOCUS is very important. I learnt that ATTITUDE is important too. I learnt that NOT GIVING UP is also important. I learnt that if you like someone, you have to approach. LOL! not really.
That was one of the lines that the lead said in the movie.
And he unleash the power of the dagger and he turns back time to where he likes...
Now that's DAMN cool.
Through out the whole movie, I feel that its very fascinating. Imagine you have the power to control time... WOW!!! Something that I think it should be brought up. I think the movie title should renamed it as Assassin's creed. LOL! It looks like the game totally though the moves are also found in Prince of Persia.
What can I say? I guess this is the first time I enjoy watching a movie adapted from a game. hmmm... haha.
I had a "wonderful" night yesterday with all the drills. I had insomnia for the 3rd time in 4 nights. When I finally had the feeling to sleep, I was activated for drills. LOL! That's how wonderful my night was.
SO...
To compensate myself from all this, I bought myself a set of HAPPY MEAL! LOL!
I cant believe myself walking to the counter ordering a set of happy meal. Even the cashier at the counter double confirmed my order. I wonder is it wrong for someone over the age of 10 and does not have a parent look to buy a set. The title of the meal is Happy, so can I assume as long as you are happy, u can buy this meal?
haha.
Anyway, its been awhile since I lasted bought a happy meal. I guess it is over 6 - 7 years? Its been great to feel happy again. LOL!
A moment that I cant forget. The moment that I thought LA was gone when I was viewing the scores 2 years ago... BUT they won it... Tomorrow will be the day when the rematch begins...
Is it true that whenever u go for a concert, it is a must for u to bring a girl along?
Its kinda surprising after I post this sentence, YAY~~ I have found someone to go le!!!, those that have seen it, came up to me and wants to know who is the lucky girl.
I burst their bubbles of curiosity by telling them I have invited a "MALE" instead. LOL!!!!
I did this was to prevent further gossip regarding our relationship. Both of us are just friends and only one of my friend know her. I don't see the point of introducing her to everyone and allowing them to make guesses for asking her out.
I guess those that have accessed to this blog can be considered lucky because you are having the most exclusive news. LOL!
What now? More of them will be back to ask me the question sometimes around next week.. Sigh... Why are they so nosey?!
One thing that I'm worried was what if she happens to be busy on that day, what if she forgot about this day, what if what if what if... There are so many what if... sigh... and what if I bring a "male" friend along? lol. What will they say?
I want to live my own life, lead my own life. Enough of those gossipers!!!
